Hello,
I'm a registred standard user and some time (2 or 3 times a month) my apache server is shutingdown with this message in the eventviewer :
The Apache service named Apache.exe reported the following error:
>>> [Wed Jun 22 07:36:39 2005] [warn] pid file c:/program files/firstspot/www/apache/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? <<<
before the error.log file could be opened.
More information may be available in the error.log file. .

I have the same problem, my server shutdown 2 or 3 times a month, I have a standard license (version 3.1.2) in a XP SP2 with 1Gb RAM. After reboot, windows show in eventviewer:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 8/16/2005
Time: 8:59:09 AM
User: N/A
Computer: FIRSTSPOT
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0xf7c54000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0xf71764df). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini081605-01.dmp.
After sending the report to Microsoft, they link me to a support page saying it is a driver problem and suggest me to remove recently installed software (like antivirus) that install drivers files.
I think that is a firstspot driver problem,
any suggestion?

Hi Multinet, after removing seti@home, you don't have any more reboot?, what version of firstspot are you running?
