Hi guys,
Paypal payments are no longer being notified back to firstspot. You can do the transaction on paypal but it times out on the response sending the confirmed transaction.
I have confirmed the "Publicly accessible URL to receive transaction update from PayPal" address and port is correct (if i just put it in the browser it tells me that the port forward is set up correctly) yet no transactions at all are being confirmed.
I have restarted Firstspot via the interface.
Can you advise urgently? |

Hi guys can i get a hand with this please? No changes to the system have been made since paypal processing worked then stopped working. As described the port forward reports set up ok by Firstspot. We're still trying to get the system working cleanly from when we purchased it. |

I suggest you install a clear copy of FirstSpot v8.1.7 in another Windows machine to test. We have no report of PayPal problems recently.
