Post subject: email information on user profil

OK - I've tested the social login and std login and it works fine.
I have enabled the email verification after sign-up, and let the user have 10 minutes of access to be able to confirm the email address.

What I need is that the email that the user used for activation stays in his user profile.
ie: I'm a new user and I'm registering with the username lordskylab and my email is email@email.com...
I want that when I look for the user lordskylab in the database there is a field called email that contains the email email@email.com

Is that something that happens already or needs to be developed?
I could not find it anywhere.

I also checked and I could not see the source port on the url tracking log

Tks a lot.

The email is stored in the field emailVer in ODBC table fsusr. For ways to access our default datasource, please check out http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1514

Also, the source port feature is not yet added to the URL Tracking. This enhancement is not difficult and we can complete it within a week of your purchase.

We are starting to work on the Source Port enhancement for URL Tracking. Will post an update for you to test if it is ready.

Hope this helps.

Post subject: facebook

Ok - I'm using your beta of allowing users to login using social login and username and password.
Everything works fine on PC, but on Iphone, when I try to logon using facebook, when I click the LOGIN facebook it opens another page with facebook prompting me to enter my credentials, once I do that, it closes the page and come back to firstpot login page and nothing happens....

In the computer, after I logon, there is that green sign and the a new button (Continue) comes up.... any way to fix this?
Tks

Not with Facebook support. We actually turn off iOS Captive Network Support when using Facebook since Facebook doesn't work well with it.

You can experiment re-enabling it by commenting out (adding ; in front) the following domains within AllowedHostsKeywords_official.txt:

www.appleiphonecell.com
captive.apple.com
www.apple.com
www.itools.info
www.ibook.info
www.airport.us
www.thinkdifferent.us

restart FirstSpot after making any changes.

the problem now is just the FB login on iphone... it works on my computer, but not on iphone.... any ideas?

I click login button, facebook page comes up, I enter my credentials and after I press the submit button, it goes back to the firstspot login page... I'm using the social_network_patch2 that you posted some weeks ago.

tks

This problem only happens with the above patch, and it is resolved in FirstSpot v8.0.10.
