Post subject: Data not attributing to user after payment

Hi,

I've started testing with the live paypal and I am getting an issue where the user account is not receiving the hours that they have payed for. I have tested this using normal plans associated with the cart and also using the plan on the cart item itself. The payment goes through fine and the email receipt is received. When viewing transaction history it just says "Unknown Yet". I restarted the service when switching the plans and have tried with a couple of test user accounts.

Please go through http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2765

Also, make sure your PayPal ID (merchant account) is entered correctly (it is case sensitive) under Configuration Manager -> Credit Cards

Ok so found out that the port is closed. Would this stop the txn.log being created as nothing is being received from paypal?

Yes. You need to configure Port Forwarding correctly in your firewall/router.
