My company offers internet access in a few buildings that have several access points, currently customers send us payment over the phone for daily, weekly, monthly access and we verbally give them the password to the network.

Here is what would like to implement and want to know the most cost effect way to execute.

When potential users in the building try to connect to our network (Via AP’s) we want them directed to a splash page where they would need to sign up for a plan (daily, weekly, monthly) access. We want the software to manage the subscriptions, fees and access.

Can your software help us make this solution more scalable and automated? Do we need any additional equipment?

I assume you are not using online payment like PayPal.

You can use our Bulk Account generation feature to generate some accounts in advance. Once the customer complete the payment, you can deliver the account to the customer manually.

It is possible to automate this delivery step. But it depends on how you want to deliver the account and you may need to write a simple script to do that.
