Triing to install Firstspot on an XP professional machine. The following error message received:
Error 1713. Firstspot can not install one of its required products. System error 1631.
Can you help? |

Have you installed Apache before in XP? Since FirstSpot will install its own copy of Apache, it might create conflict there.
There should be more information regarding the setup error in the Event Viewer. Please go through it. If you have difficulty understanding it, save the Event Viewer information as .evt file and send it to firstspot@patronsoft.com for further analysis.
