Post subject: Version 7 stopped working

Hi
I have been using Firstspot for over a year. Everything was working fine.
Suddenly Ipad users had trouble logging on.
Now it seems like everyone is having trouble.
My whitelist users work fine but anyone who has to bring up the sign in page gets an IP address fine and seems to sign in but then can't seem to access the Internet, or if they can it's full of glitches.
I updated to the latest version (7.03 to 7.11) that didn't help.
I'm wondering if a database could have become corrupt or maybe an update to Windows (Windows 7) messed something up.
If someone was trying to hack the system could that have caused the problem?
I'm using free access only & MAC based tracking.

It was a glitch in one of the settings
