Upgrade licence and new PC

Good afternoon

We are running Firstspot V 5.1.0 and we're looking to upgrade it to the latest version. However, we are also looking to replace the existing PC it runs on as it is quite old and we're unable to find any trace of licence or media, it was originally installed for us by a local company called CTS Computing but they are no longer and the people who were there and did the install have all moved on.

Are we able to buy the upgrade and install it on the new PC without the existing version being on it or do we have to install V 5.1.0 on the new PC first then upgrade to V7 and if so how do we manage that if we don't have the existing media or licence details?

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

You can install the v7 directly. All we need is that you mail us your old config.ini file at firstspot@patronsoft.com.
