Alan,
We got the premium license and everything looks good. We have one strange issue. What we are seeing is that after the client pays through authorize.net and are returned to firstspot, they get a cookie failure and have to re-enter their username and password to continue to use the service. Happens all the time. What would cause this?

Please make sure your browser accept cookie. Maybe you can try use other browser and test again?
Also, did you see the txn.log file? See http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2058 _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

We have tried on several machines and several different flavors of browsers that have cookies allowed. Still have the issue coming back from authorize.net where it complains about cookies and requires user/pass to be re-entered. Any thoughts on what else we can check? |

First, can you pass us the exact error message of your cookie failure?
Also, it is normal to input FirstSpot username and password again after successful transaction on authorize.net. This is by-design. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

It isn't an error, as it were, it just displays the configurable message about cookies. If this behavior is by design, is there a way around it? It seems redundant. |

Sorry for the long delay in responding, but the system is installed some distance from me and I haven't been able to get there yet. Just as additional info, I altered the response in the UI Customization, but I will try to get a screen shot of it. |
