I don't know how star the firstspot. Wheres the console, I can't star service mode, can anyone help me ?

1) Please go to web-based Configuration Manager (from the FirstSpot program group shortcut)
2) login using firstspot/password as username and password
3) click start

Strange. Did your FirstSpot setup (install) successfully without error?
The program group FirstSpot in your Windows start menu -> All Programs.
If you still have difficulties, please zip and email us your firstspot_install.log under your %temp% directory ( see http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2489 )

the exes contained in the directory, start console screens that dissappear, can help me ? |

Unzip firstpot609_trial.zip to a directory, and then run setup.msi.
