So doesn't look like you have Offloading issue.
But can the client access default Exception Free Websites like patronsoft.com as it mentioned in the above article? Also, does this problem first appear after you make the change in httpd.conf? Can you undo it and see whether the problem goes away? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Hard to judge what trigger this problem. You need to recall as much as possible what exactly did you change. Do you have any backup so that you can undo? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

WELL WHAT I REMEMBER DOING WAS THAT OF THE SCHEDULER TASK OF FSAPI, AND I HAVE CANCELLED IT, I DID NOT DO ANY BACKUP OF THE SYSTEM.
I THOGHT OF REMOVING THE SOFTWARE AND REINSTALLING IT BUT WHAT IAM AFRAID OF IS MY RECORD THAT I HAVE FOR THE USERS IS JUST TOO MUCH TO RE DO IT AGAIN, AND ALSO MY LICENSE FOR THE SOFTWARE. |

So have you reboot Windows? Can the client ping the Visitor Network Interface IP correctly?
As a last resort, you can reinstall. Please refer to chapter 5 of firstspot_guide.pdf for instruction to backup FirstSpot setting (using fsset.exe) and ODBC tables (under Configuration Manager -> Users). You need to also backup the license.key file under FirstSpot directory. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
