Hi,
Is it possible to change thew logon page from http:\\ to https:\\ to prevent usernames and passwords being submitted via text to the HotSpot server?
Is there any risk of these passwords being detected by anyone sniffing on the wireless network and if so does FirstSpot include a password encryption option?

Yes, you can enable "SSL-enabled login pages" under Authentication Server.
