Post subject: How do you Replenish an Account that has Run Out of Time

How is an account whose time has been exhausted replenished? If an account is exhausted, then when the user tries to log in, he is greeted by a message indicating the account has no time left. Since the infobox does not appear, then from that point there does not appear to be a path that would allow the user to get to the shopping cart to purchase more time. What seems to be needed is a mechanism to authenticate the user and then allow him to proceed to the cart without permitting Internet access until a purchase has been completed.

There is an alternate path through the sign-up page but creation of a new account is required to get to the cart.

I think this is the default FirstSpot behavior. Maybe you can setup a uncustomized FirstSpot to perform a few tests.
