| We installed the trial 5.1.5 on a clean machine and it works. We just need new license key to activate the software. How do we go about getting the key with our maintenance contract? |

| All exception free sites are fine. Users get an IP address, just cannot access non-free websites. They get a page cannot be displayed, ie: DNS issue. They CAN resolve sites using NSLookup. |

Ive restarted RRAS and received no errors. Still no change in access for my clients. NSLookups work fine, but they receive the Page cannot be displayed error upon trying to access the Internet.
