After applying the patch the Infobox no longer displays 'restricted account' but the client is not disconnected when his total datavolume is used.
I can still download with the same speed as before.

Auto-delete still doesn't work. Accounts that have been suspended more than 7 days ago are still in the database.

I enabled the DHCP server 5 days ago and it's still running without problems. I guess it was just 'bad luck' the first time?

No that's not possible. I can only enable it on the operational hotspot, so it is always exposed to all hotspot clients.
With a lease time of 2 hours we typically have about 50 - 70 actual leases.
