It keeps returning in to reduced functionality mode by it self. Internet connection is fine.
I have customers returning prepaid cards.

I want to leave Google to be free, but want to disable Gmail.
But since Gmail uses mail.google.com it allows customers to use gmail for free, if I put gmail.com in exception free sites.

We use dynamic dns service from dyndns.org because dsl router gets different IP on every connect event. (every 24h).
