I did not. I tried changing it from Ethernet to Ethernet 1, because the other port is Ethernet 2, but that just gave me a different error message. That's what sent me to digging deep in this forum.

The only oddity is that it changes the public gateway from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.202 each time it starts. I haven't found that yet in the Configuration Manager.

NM. The config.ini that comes out of the installation archive is missing three lines in the [misc] stanza at the bottom:

PublicAdapterIP=192.168.0.200
PublicAdapterIpMask=255.255.255.0

FirstSpot appears to install, but it won't start, either automatically or manually. The error message is:

I didn't dig enough to find out *what* traffic is passing between the Internet Gateway Device and the Public Interface. The observation was that traffic was passing.
