I was finally able to resolve the problem.
The NIC's on the VM were sharing the same physical NIC card in the server. This was ok as far as the server was concerned but RRAS didn't like it ... |

I stopped FirstSpot and copied over the replacement executable to the dispatcher folder then started FirstSpot.
No change in behavior though. From the sample splash page I can't ping any o ... |
