I am running Firstspot 3 with 2 Netgear access points in a library environment. How can I combine these 2 AP's under Firstspot to act as one unit ?

We are trialing Firstspot in our Library, and issuing students with loan laptops. Is it possible to allow only our loan laptops to use the wireless LAN, eg by Mac address ?
