Thats not the point Alan the point is that we have users who sign up with these accents and we cannot edit or change there accounts.
we will try removing as you sugest but we work in a spanish spea ... |

no cant access the internet without log on
client handling is mac based
no pasive log ons
yes to router / switch between access pint and client and that is the way we have always operated |
