Hi Allan,
What is the correct procedure for performing an upgrade?
1. Uninstall v4.0.0 reboot then install v4.0.1 then reconfigure
or
2. Just run the v4.0.1 installer over the top of the ... |

You could use cable and DSL and satellite all at the same time if your wanted to :) |

i.e. Only one login at a time per account not multiple logins using the same account.

Yes FirstSpot does start and function correctly after the error and pop up window.
